Installation – Manually Installing Lexacom Echo Updates
Problem
A new Lexacom Echo update has been announced, and needs to be installed in order for Lexacom Echo to continue working.
Resolution
STEP ONE - BEFORE YOU BEGIN
1. Ensure Lexacom is up to date
2. Download the latest Echo client installer. This can be downloaded from here
3. Ensure you have administrator permissions to the machine you need to install.
STEP TWO - INSTALLING THE CLIENT
1. Run the Echo Client Installer on the machine in question.
1 a. The installation will start automatically.

2. Once finished, the echo installer will open up Lexacom 3 automatically.
STEP THREE – TESTING THE INSTALL
1. Log into Lexacom Talk and ensure you can open up Lexacom Echo. Should you get an error message, please contact our support.
FINISH
Congratulations! You have now updated Lexacom Echo.
