How do I reactivate a deactivated user account?
Resolution
To deactivate old user accounts in Lexacom:
- Run Lexacom Admin
- Go to
> Settings > Users Editor - Within the Users Editor, click the Talk or Type tab corresponding to the type of user to be deactivated
- Select the User in the left-hand list
- Click Edit
- Remove the tick from the Active checkbox
- Click Save to commit the change
This will deactivate the user; work created by the inactive user will still be visible.
To reactivate a deactivated user account:
- Run Lexacom Admin
- Go to > Settings > Users Editor
- Within the Users Editor, click the Talk or Type tab corresponding to the type of user to be reactivated
- Tick the Show Inactive Users checkbox
- Select the User in the left-hand list
- Click Edit
- Tick the Active checkbox
- Click Save to commit the change
