3rd Party Services - Topping Up Your Docmail Account
Problem
You have been unable to send a Mailing to Docmail.
Cause
This can be due to your account having insufficient funds to send the mailing.
Resolution
- Go to: https://www.cfhdocmail.com/live/login.aspx
- Log in using your Docmail username and password.
- From the Admin section, select Enter admin
- From the Mailing section, select TOP-UP ACCOUNT

- Either select the amount you want to top up by or enter it into the top-up box and then click TOP-UP MY ACCOUNT

- You will then be directed to Docmail's payment partner, SecureTrading.com
- Click on your payment method
- Enter your billing details, and click Pay
- When the transaction is complete, you will be directed to the Docmail Homepage
