Reporting - Importing Reports

Background

Lexacom has an industry standard reporting system built into its management console. These reports can be used to gather metrics on author and transcriber performance, dictation workflow and other common data types. For Medical Clients, these reports may be used to provide comprehensive referral pattern data.

Available Reports

Lexacom has already created some reports that are available to import.

These reports cover some very basic filters and provide information on performance from Talk users, Type users and also the flow of your dictation files. 

Lexacom has the following reports available to download:

  • Active Dictations - Select Talk User
  • Active Dictations
  • Completed Dictations - Select Type User
  • Dictations Recorded - Select Talk User
  • Finished Dictations - Select Type User
  • Finished Dictations
  • Priority Report
  • Specialty Report
  • Turnaround Time for Dictations - Select Type User
  • Turnaround Time for Dictations

To download all the reports in one ZIP archive, use the link below then extract the report files to a folder of your choice.

Once extracted, follow the guide in the next section to import your new report templates.

Create New Reports

Should you wish to make your own reports then you can either create a blank report and complete the required information yourself, amend and existing report or contact the helpdesk, who can advise you on purchasing additional reports designed by Lexacom.

Follow the steps below to import your reports.

  1. Log into Lexacom Admin
  2. Select the blue Lexacom logo in the top left hand corner
  3. Selecting Reporting and then Report Manager
  4. Click to create a new folder and give it a name
  5. Whilst the folder is selected, click Import
  6. Select the Report files that you previously downloaded. You can select one or multiple reports; then click Open
  7. You will now be able to select the report and click Run
  8. This will generate the report and allow you to print it
